Founder of the Bitcoin Foundation in Ukraine and Satoshi Square in Kyiv, Max also worked for some of the largest BTC mining operations, including Cex.io and Ghash.io. He is currently the CEO of CoinsPaid, the world's leading crypto processing solution for the iGaming industry.
Maxim has been working in the QA domain for 9 years. Starting in Minsk, Belarus, he worked in multiple outsourcing companies and helped their customers achieve the best product quality in different fields: e-commerce, IoT, embedded and automotive.
During that time, he also played a DevOps role. Now, he is helping with QA in CoinsPaid.
Maxim combines the role of playing a coach on the projects and m-level manager to bring the team together, set and follow the destination path. In his spare time, he is also engaged in quality assurance consulting.

Denis started as a software developer in Minsk, Belarus, in the late 90th. He worked for multiple outsourcing companies and then chose the management path. As the manager, he worked in numerous m- and c-level roles in companies such as Intetics, Artezio, EPAM, Wargaming and now SOFTSWISS.
